Instructional Design & Adult Education
I’m Ayla (eye-la). With 10 years of experience in adult education, I combine pedagogical strategy, digital design, and interactive facilitation to build meaningful, end-to-end learning programs. My core passion lies in the puzzle of instructional design: taking complex, abstract concepts and transforming them into clear, structured, and engaging learning paths. I love experimenting with innovative learning formats and hybrid delivery—constantly refining content to spark genuine ‘aha’ moments and drive sustainable personal and organizational growth.

I am available for (online) Japanese lessons at Apprentus.
Eindwerk van een opleiding webanimatie.
I worked on a project named FreeTextbookImages, to provide free resources for teachers. This project has been disbanded due to lack of time. I also struggled with giving this project a good direction. I do hope to do a similar project in the future.
I enjoy making vector images, mostly for teaching materials. Occasionally, I post these on Pixabay.
